🌱 No-Bake Sugar-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (Makes 12 cups)

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Siocolat Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Butter spread
  •  1 cup coconut oil - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  •  2-3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt 

 

Instructions:

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. For the chocolate layer: - Melt 3/4 cup coconut oil in a bowl - Whisk in cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener - Add vanilla extract and a tiny pinch of salt - Mix until smooth
  3. Pour a thin layer of the chocolate mixture into each muffin cup (about 1 tablespoon) - Place in freezer for 10 minutes to set
