About Our Products 

Q: Are all your products sugar-free?

A: Yes! All our products are completely free from refined sugar. We use natural sweeteners that are diabetic-friendly while maintaining the rich, delicious taste of chocolate. 

Q: What sweeteners do you use? 

A: Majority of our products are sweetened with natural organic ground stevia leaves.  However, some of our products are made by third party suppliers use maltitol, a low calorie sweetener that tastes like sugar and easily digestible.

Q: Are all your products vegan?

A: No. The eclairs and toffees contain milk and they are manufactured by a third party supplier. We believe in creating delicious treats that everyone can enjoy. However, in the future we might go 100% vegan-friendly.

Q: What ingredients do you use?

A: We use premium organic ingredients, including high-quality cocoa, organic coconut milk and natural sweeteners. All our products are carefully crafted without any artificial additives or preservatives. Please note the eclairs and toffees are manufactured by a third party and the ingredients they used may not be organic but 100% sugar-free.

Q: Are your products suitable for diabetics?

A: Yes, our products are specifically designed with diabetics in mind. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider about incorporating any new foods into your diet.

A: We ship across Europe and North America.

A: We use Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, Fedex, UPS and DHL.  This depends on the delivery address.

A: With every purchase, a portion of our profits goes to the UN's Share the Meal Programme, specifically supporting Filipino farmers affected by climate disasters.

Q: How should I store my Siocolat products?

A: Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, maintain a temperature below 20°C (68°F).

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

A: Each product has its specific shelf life clearly marked on the packaging. Generally, our products maintain their premium quality for several months when stored properly.
